1 Complete Lottery Application
Open enrollment will run from XX/XX/2025, through XX/XX/2025.
2 Receive an Offer
After the lottery on XX/XX/2025, we will send out email acceptance offers.
3 Accept Offer to Register
If your student has been offered a seat, you will have xx days to accept the offer and confirm your intent to register.
4 Complete Registration
Log into __________ and complete your student’s registration within xx days of acceptance.
What Does Completing an Enrollment Application Mean?
Completing an Enrollment Application DOES NOT:

Forfeit your student’s seat at their assigned school.

Keep your student(s) from applying to any other school choice program.

Guarantee a seat at Heritage Classical Academy.

Guarantee your student a placement in Heritage Classical Academy's seat lottery, if one is necessary.

Require your student’s name, date of birth, address, and a valid email and phone number.

Is there a cost to attend Heritage Classical Academy?No, Heritage Classical Academy is a tuition-free public charter school.

What grade levels will Heritage Classical Academy go up to?Heritage Classical Academy will open in the fall of 2025 with kindergarten and first grade. Each subsequent year the next grade level will be added to the school (example: second grade added in 2026, third grade in 2027, etc). The school will eventually go up to eighth grade.

Will before and after school care be available?Yes, before and after school care will be available. More information will be posted prior to the school’s opening.

Will breakfast and/or lunch be served at school?Lunch will be available for purchase similar to other school systems. Breakfast will not be served at this time, but may be in the future as the school grows.

Are donations required? What will they go towards?Donations to the school are not required for enrollment. Unlike regular public schools, charter schools must provide their own funding for capital expenses such as buildings and the inventory found inside them. So while the government does provide funding for each student attending, we also have to look to other sources of revenue to make up the significant deficit.
